Sensors are consumable parts
The Compur Monitox plus is a gas warning device that may be used under high exposure. By their very nature, portable devices are subject to particular mechanical stress. The electrochemical sensors in these devices function like a gas-powered battery and are therefore wearing parts. These should be replaced in time so that you are reliably warned in the event of a gas leak.
Discontinuation of the device – but still spare parts?
The manufacturer has discontinued the Compur Monitox plus because some electronic components are no longer available. We are therefore no longer able to offer new devices. However, we do of course have appropriate replacement and consumable parts for you. We will continue to support the instruments in the market and will provide service. We keep sensors and batteries for your Compur Monitox plus available for you.
